Sancocho: The Dominican Gastronomical heavy soup with 5 types of meat and vegetables all seasoned and cooked only with natural herbs.

Mofongo: Medium fried green plantains smashed with home made pork belly crackling whith Shrimps in, either, garlic or coconut sauce.
