The biggest misconception about the self storage industry is that we only cater to people that are between moves storing furniture. It is true that most of our tenants are homeowners in transition. We also cater to many small businesses who store tools, supplies, excess inventory, salesperson's promotional items and office records. We have storage units to accommodate vehicles, temperature sensitive items, small contractors tools and equipment, and inventory. We have premium units with lighting and carpet for people who frequently access their stored goods.
I believe that a business should treat customers the way they would expect to be treated. The customer's needs can easily be learned by listening. Once you understand a customer's needs you can then address them with your solutions.
