Locating great employees during this pandemic. My business is very flexible as to work times, blending schedule and time off for family issues. People apply for jobs that do not have the education and experience listed as a bare minimum, then lie on resumes.

My company does payroll, loans, accounting and taxes. I have some clients that do not have money for food. I am seeing more clients with depression on the fate of their business.

I am open as we do essential work such as payroll, SBA, PPP loans and helping our tax clients. We help our clients with cash flow issues, payroll problems and helping them stay alive.

Working on the client's team to make certain the bookkeeping is correct so your Accountant and Tax Advisor can plan with you to keep your taxes low, looking at the big picture to make sure you are in a long-term wealth building mode. A CPA can prepare an audited financial statement, but can not always be the best Tax Advisor. I respond to clients, tell them what questions they did not ask and why they should ask them. I keep on top of tax court cases, work with the IRS and state and local governments to make certain my clients file correctly.

I am in the tax and accounting industry and it is simple to help them solve their problems. You need to know your client and adjust your approach to help them whether they are lucrative or not. Sometimes you just don't see the entire picture in the beginning.
