At E.H.I. we are exclusive to installation and sales of windows and doors and believe being of service in all

How We Got Started

Necessity and a lack thereof for oversight and accountability in sub-contracted installation in Home Improvement Window and Door projects. Collectively we’d witnessed entirely too much non-sense and discrepancy from “the sale” to how the work/install is executed. We must do the work ourselves to insure it’s done right.

(more) The key when confronting fear is to first identify what specifically we are scared of, the true-root source. Perhaps also, the label “introvert” plays a role. Natural introverts aren’t quiet b/c they are scared, typically its b/c they are deep in thought about things other than themselves, therefore unattached to the fear of what people think about their quietness.  We know people that are labeled extroverted can appear that way because they too are scared to be quiet. The true source of the fear for me is what people think of me or what I think people think of me. I can act introverted at times and extroverted at times and often my behavior is rooted in the fear of what I think others think about me. Try to identify your fear and see how it drives you to do or not do or say or not say. If you’re quiet and therefore appear introverted and the thoughts are centered in how we are viewed  by other people, than I wouldn’t say you’re introverted, I would say you just have fear about others’ opinion/judgement of you. Fear drives and dominates the lives and the behaviors and the thinking of lots of us. If you’re able to identify with fear and it’s rooted in how you are thought of than good-news b/c what you’re scared of is not even real. It’s so much easier said than done but do not let f.e.a.r. “False evidence appearing real” drive your behavior and keep you from doing anything.  find someone you trust and can speak with openly and think about how you are when you’re around people that you trust. If you are only quiet or introverted around people you don’t know or trust and quite chatty and open when you are around people you do trust,  perhaps that’s an indication.
