Could you please critique my website?

I like the video background when the website loads, and it seems to load nicely. However it's lacking a clear Call to Action. The branding seems a bit stale / 1990s - use the acronym you have already "YCOS" instead of spelling out the full name of the business in your logo. In modern times "PC" refers to political correctness - I would just say "Your Device" rather than "Your PC".
The banners across the top of each of the pages should reflect the page they're on (for example Services should feature your hot item service you're pushing rather than have the Support Request CTA).
Speak to the audience you're targeting and position your CTAs and imagery/messaging around that audience.
Also the design is not responsive when scaling up to higher sizes. Check the site in 1920 screen resolution - it has a plain white background on both sides and looks dated.
