A good portion of my business is first time home buyers. I find that first time home buyers need guidance and do not always understand what steps are required. I am honored that they have chosen me as their agent. I spend time with them reviewing my buyer's guide, explaining to them how important credit, income to debt ratio, not to go on a spending spree while they are looking for a home. I provide them with a wish list document that I ask them to complete which helps me organize their searches.
I volunteer. I also am looking into different ways that I can help our aging population. I'm not far from this population and as a single person with no children, I keep thinking about the what ifs...and what will I do...how will I handle and want to start now and give back to my community.
