"Matt helped my family with the funerals of both my mother and father. His company and himself are truly compassionate and professional. They made what can be a very difficult situation more focused on love. The arrangements were for the most part handled by them. They have an easy and full system family may make choices in that takes care of all the small details in short time. I highly recommend Matt and his company. "

I think these are interesting surveys, but for statistical purposes quite limited unless you do a sufficient random sample of non responding members. I think people who have had a more negative experience or outlook are more likely to participate in these polls. There is likely a bias in any event. To verify the validity you should sample non respondents.
Thank you for you efforts.

I am wondering about the methodology used to collect this data and if any efforts were made to sample those who did not participate in the survey. Also, has there been follow up surveys over time to determine out omes?
