Welcome Back Rewards
About Us
Repeat customers are your best asset to keep your business thriving now & in the future. Welcome Back Rewards is the perfect affordable solution to bring your customers back more often and spend more.
How We Got Started
All the big box stores have sophisticated loyalty programs to capture customer frequency and database for add-on marketing. Independent businesses can only afford punch cards and other low appeal approaches. We invented WBR to level the playing field with a low cost, sophisticated loyalty enterprise for independents. We can create your own loyalty card, capture customer data and manage the back end for you.

Be a listener! Ask the right questions to get your prospect talking about their needs and especially their pain.
And yes, you must believe in what you are selling. Prospects have super powers that can detect sales pitches that have no conviction.

Start a junior firefighters class on how to prepare to become a firefighter. Write a book on one of your dangerous firefighting missions ...use a ghost writer if you don't write. Look into the administration side of the fire fighting business through the city/county, etc.

You can always leave it on but on silent and keep it somewhere where you are not distracted. Never record. if you feel like you have to record conversations then you need to find a new job.

I don't know how anyone can answer this broad question without knowing the specific business (product/service/market) being considered. Retail and business services would have completely different strategies. There are a few things that are common denominators in all businesses: Increase product or service quality, concentrate on referrals, enhance online and in social media presence, hire the right people. Good luck to you all in 2019

I don't believe businesses think they don't need to spend money. I think they are simply not sure they will get a commensurate return on the money spent. The advertising opportunities are very different today: Newspaper, Magazine, radio and TV are no longer the mediums of choice and no longer carry the heavy lifting for advertisers.
Social media has disrupted the marketing industry with promising, but confusing opportunities, and it's hard to navigate.
There is also much disparity between the audience groupings. 25 to 54 used to mean something: college educated, professional wealth creators. Today there is a huge gap in beliefs, politics, religion, work habits, wealth building, investing, family, etc. between the 20 to 35 year old and the 35 plus.
Marketing today is a learning curve that disorients most businesses.
As an author, I would like to know that answer myself. I suspect that it involves having a vast knowledge of social media and a sustained advertising campaign within. I'll look forward to the answers.
