We give a 2 hour window but I take pride in being there on time or before the appointment time. I don’t like waiting for companies to keep me waiting so I ensure I’m not wasting peoples time. If we are running fifteen minutes past the initial arrival time, we call ahead.  (more) We give a 2 hour window but I take pride in being there on time or before the appointment time.
