When eBay started in 1997 we were one of the first to utilize the platform. Today, we have grown to a multi-platform organization with over 4,000 return customers buying everything from land to popsicle sticks!

Go to the Secretary of State Website, enter in your information, pay the $125 to form the LLC, then it is $200 a year to file reports on the business. You also must get a IRS EIN and a State Tax Number. Once you have that done, then you can put it into an LLC. You get no tax benefit or break...

Being an auctioneer and Realtor, I have people wanting to line up and book auctions RIGHT NOW so when this cracks wide open - can be sold. Businesses, Real Estate, Probate - you name it - people are standing in line wanting to start getting rid of the huge backlog. It is unfortunate, but needed.

I no longer do facebook ads or any of those creepy online lead generation tools because they are generally no one wanting to do business on the other end. Even if I pay $18 a lead, it is a waste of money. I get 100% of my leads from two sources - face to face offering to help people, and...

I get 100% of my leads from two sources - face to face offering to help people, and calling folks in my town asking if there's anything I can help with. I don't get pushy about listing or selling their property at all.
Worked right next to Martin with those screaming people. Now in Real Estate and Estate Sales, I still love the people, and still are there to hear the screams - and are still there to solve problems!

More and more people believe that setting a price, and then cutting prices up to 90% off of those prices is a great way to solve the estate. So a $100 item sells for in some cases $10 or lower, if bundled. An auction, whereas starts a bid in which people set their initial price and works up, in some cases can earn just under retail, or in the case of real estate, can go up as much as 143%. So a $100 item can be sold at $95 starting at $50, and if it is unique enough can sell for $143. So, the question was loaded as to the term you chose - but according to state law, and Estate Sale is an Auction.
