What do you do to keep in contact with your current clients? Do you know what kind of cut etc they get each time? I used to have a stylist that knew every time what I wanted - I didn't have to remind her and she always let em know she was open to referrals and how much she appreciated them. And she didn't have to give me a discount - I was happy to send her referrals. Just let them know how much referrals help you - send them a card - a real card every once in a while. And good luck!!
