Doordash signed us up without our knowledge and we got some business. Their reviews on an independent site were awful...1 star from virtually everyone. Ditto Grubhub. We feel that the 30% bite and loss of control over our food quality is not worth it.

Business remains strong but our second location is 7 months behind schedule and causing problems with personnel, planning and sales.

We advertise on FB and closely follow Yelp, Tripadvisor and Zomato. Sites like Yelp are the best bang for the buck because they're FREE, BABY!

We monitor the site primarily for customer reactions to our restaurant and their experience with us. No real issues with the site which is what I really prefer.
