LOL! I love procrastinators. They are the ones that I am taking all the business from. When others are procrastining, I am selling, marketing and producing. That might help you to stop procratining. Since we all work together- the brides feel more comfortable using everyone in the group. It really works well. But, each link must be a strong link. So, each company with in the group must be a strong company.

Never discount! Unless you want to be a fast food restaurant. There are several ways to open new markets. You would need to find them. Such as, daily to go family meals, cooking classes, specialty diet meals, etc. Think out side the box. Become a great catering company and not a discount... (more) Never discount!
