flat rate only.... We bid our work because we can make more money and not scare the customer. Take a tile shower for example If we tell the customer time and materials and we charge 140 dollars per hour to set tile they jump out of there shoes. If we bid the job for 5700 dollars and we have 1400 in materials and we have say 35 hours into redoing there shower we make 122 dollars per hour doing the job.
