It's been a lot of trial and error for us. Connections with the business back rounds we need haven't had the passion for the fair and fairgrounds. Without the passion, board meetings, grounds clean up and organization meetings are skipped. The connections that have been most successful did not have business connections, just a desire to make the fairgrounds the best they could be and networking aquaintences for donations for our business needs.
