A customer is always right, so goes the saying. But there is a limit. My attitude is that we must communicate. A rude customer only understand rude treatment. If a customer uses foul language, I will let her/him know that I can do without them. I will give them a chance, two, and on the third... (more) A customer is always right, so goes the saying. But there is a limit. My attitude is that we must communicate. A rude customer only understand rude treatment. If a customer uses foul language, I will let her/him know that I can do without them. I will give them a chance, two, and on the third strike, they are out. If it is a one time customer, I will be tolerant, and most likely ignore them.
