I had a great experience doing a trade show. On that I learned some things, plus made a few contacts with fellow vendors.  As for ROI not as much as I thought or lead to believe. Mine was a design show for manufactures held in Raleigh. Had a lot of people stop at the booth, small & large companies. Exchanged plenty of business cards and contact information. But there were a lot of isle wanders, candy grabbers, pen hoards or just people taking the morning, afternoon or day off. 

As for doing a show or expo again?  I might give another try if the timing is right.
