I am an author with two books on the market. My newest book is Helping Yourself Grow Old, with the subtitle, Things I Said to Myself When I Was Almost 90. I also blog from the retirement community where I live, and I would be happy to have more subscribers to my blog. www.FrancesFullerAuthor.com (more) I am an author with two books on the market. But my book happens to be called "Helping Yourself Grow Old." And the subtitle is "Things I Said to Myself When I Was Almost Ninety." So, because the old are getting older while I think about it and I am aware of what I have survived and how surprising it is that I am still here, and because so many people have said, "We want it now," I have decided to push the button. So, it is uploaded to Amazon and in a few days will be visible alongside "In Borrowed Houses."  And one day, if I live so long, I should know whether I made a wise decision or not. What I know this morning is that in every area of life we use the day we have to do what we know we must do.

The subtitle is Things I Said to Myself When I Was Almost Ninety.  Starting this book because I needed it for myself and continuing because it helped me make sense of my own life, I wrote the final chapter on my ninetieth birthday. I believe it will encourage and support readers from 65 to 95 and stimulate helpful group discussion. As for speaking, I am full of things to tell.

I also start my day with gratitude,  but I have coffee at the same time, coffee being a small thing I am always thankful for at that time of day.  I usually have my work list made and waiting for me so I won't waste time debating with myself about what to do. but in the morning I will schedule...
