What unique idea/change would you bring to this position?
How have you resolved conflict or a difficult situation in the workplace in the past?
Now it's your turn to interview me, what would you like to ask of me?

Simple: if they don't ask, offer but don't just hand it to them. They feel obligated to take it but will toss it when you leave.
