About Us

Texas Valor Inspection Services is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that offers bonded and insured, certified professional Commercial Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Residential Home Inspections with infrared thermography (IRT) and commercial unmanned aerial system (UAS or drone) photography and inspection services. We are 100% veteran owned and operated here in the greater Austin Metro area. We isnpect properties from Temple to San Antonio along the I-35 corridor.

Unlike many of the larger companies, we are not a report mill, churning out as many inspections per day as we can. We truly enjoy our work and like to spend quality time with each property to generate the most accurate and comprehensive inspection report possible for you, our valued customer. It is for this reason that we typically only schedule only one inspection per day and strive to deliver our reports on the very same day we inspect.

How We Got Started

While preparing for retirement from the Texas Army National Guard, I decided to train for a new career. Real estate has always interested me and I decided to combine my decades of experience inspecting and reporting in the military with my interest in the real estate market. The match was a perfect marriage of passion, experience, and knowledge, resulting in Texas Valor Inspection Services.

At least once a year. I usually inspect my roof in the Fall, after the heat of the summer and before the onslaught of the winter months. This is very useful for tile roofs, roofs with a steep pitch, and second story or higher roofs.

Just ensure that you buyer understands the home inspection process and that there may be different licensing levels of inspectors depending on the state you live in. Here in Texas we have three different levels of home inspection licenses and the training and experience required for each varies widely. You can probably also tell them what the ballpark inspection costs are for the market you are in if you know them, and maybe to beware of low-ball quotes when they begin to search the market. I have seen inspection reports from other inspection companies shared by realtors, and I can tell you that the inspection detail and report quality on the same property can vary greatly!
