I spend adequate interacting with my clients to understand what they have experienced and what they believe they want. I then look at two or three suppliers who I have delivered great service to other clients then I present two options to my clients discussing the differences. Once we agree on an option I go after the best pricing available. So far this process seems to work well for my clients.
I don't have many clients interested in Europe. I've seen an increase in cruising and many more trvelers to Hawaii.
