I am in the Arts and not in the Technology field. But, it seems to me that you need both to have a successful technology Co. The experienced, with wisdom to lead a team of young techs. In this case, you can have the best of both worlds. The experienced that has been following the changes in the industry and has been making those changes as they have occurred and the new techs, that have new technology but has yet to prove that they can change in a fast passed changing industry. I feel the best of both worlds will work out best and not just cut and dry, one or the other.
