About Us

My new $90 Mil. venture is in the financial funding stage. It is called the Galati’s Restaurants and Arts Carousel Center. It is about making money and giving as much of my earnings back to those that can use a helping hand. This future company (an “S” Corp.) called the Galati’s Restaurants and Arts Carousel Center will be an all Green Building. The Center contains everything needed to make it a major Performing Arts Center in West Central Fl. including professional in key positions. Also included is an Academy and an outside Amphitheater. The Performing Arts Academy "Galati's New Age Academy of the Arts (A Not for Profit) is for teaching students from 5 -105 with scholarships for low income family Children (5-17) and inexpensive lessons for all others.
My portion of all moneys earned from this venture will be used to buy back shares/ percentages from investors and to form the Galati Family Trust Foundation, to help the needy, in our area. I have 25 programs I will initiate as we progress. In the Carousel Center, there are several paid mentoring programs that will help young adults, veterans and high school students earn and learn while finding their way back into society. We are about earning money through our 4 Restaurants, Carousel Center and Amphitheater, then giving as much as we can back to help needy residents, arts programs and other 501(c)3 organizations, in the South Shore area of Hillsborough County, FL. At present I am looking for 25 or more acres of land to be invested, along with Investors and/or partners for the balance of $90 mil. (30%), (3 Mil. per percent) for this venture . How We Got Started

A new Idea for the arts, to raise the level of Culture through the Arts for the residents of the South Shore. I also noticed that there were many area residents and 501(c)3 organizations that are in need of a helping hand. So why not do this as part of the same project and help. So we will start the Galati Family trust foundation.

I agree with Christine. Either that or you start matching his prices to keep your customers and then, as he does, raise them slowly back. I am in the Arts and not in the Technology field. But, it seems to me that you need both to have a successful technology Co. The experienced, with wisdom to lead a team of young techs. The experienced that has been following the changes in the industry and has been making those changes as they have occurred and the new techs, that have new technology but has yet to prove that they can change in a fast passed changing industry. I feel the best of both worlds will work out best and not just cut and dry, one or the other.

I was in sales many years ago, in the building materials industry, both as a salesperson and as a manager. I always told my sales staff there are several different ways to make a sale. But, the one I like the best, is the Ask. because it is direct. you won't get the sale if you don't ask for it.... After answering all the questions and showing the different products and explaining the benefits. I would say, "Which one do you feel suits you best and which one can I get for you" or "sign you up for". "I think would be the best for the scenario you explained to me". It is either a sale or not and if they are still hemming and hawing you might reiterate the benefits of the product or contract and what it will do for them and then ask again. You won't get the sale or them signing on the dotted line. if you don't ask for it.

I think keeping busy is good if you are keeping your old clients and making new ones along the way. It is when you are not making new clients is when you have to worry in that you are not reaching out to those that don't know you as of yet. You need more exposure via some sort of media. ... Advertising works weather via facebook, linkedin, twitter, your own blog or by the old fashion way Newspapers. Your business has to grow to keep pace with your compeditors.

Being a musician all my life and moving down to Florida as a Contract Clerk for the Gov. and then getting downsized, I looked to supplement my unemployment at Christmas time. So, I canvased all the churches to see who might need a trombone player for a brass choir. Got one yes, if I could put... (more) Being a musician all my life and moving down to Florida as a Contract Clerk for the Gov. and then getting downsized, I looked to supplement my unemployment at Christmas time. So, I canvased all the churches to see who might need a trombone player for a brass choir. Got one yes, if I could put together that brass choir. So I did and the next holiday we had 2 Brass choirs at 2 churches and then a 3rd and I started to book other venues and then larger groups of musicians. When one of my clients asked for 17 musicians (brass, woodwinds and percusian) for a service, I went to the rehearsal and while listening, I thought," If I add strings to this, I could make an Orchestra/Symphony". Everyone, said it could't be done. In 2 months we were in practice and in 4 months gave our first concert of 9 that year, with a 60 piece Symphony. I guess what I am saying is that sometimes thing just fall into your lap. But at other time you have to look outside the box for leads that could send you on your way to success. There is no magic formula. Just lots of thinking and hard work on where to find those leads and then following through with whatever you are doing. Even, if everyone says it won't work and you won't succeed. Some of my friends call me a visionary and others an innovator. Maybe they are right? Because, I am always thinking outside the box and then getting it done. I also think it is kind of fun, to prove everyone wrong, when they say it can't be done.
