What's your best way to close a deal? Do you have any tried and true closing lines?

I was in sales many years ago, in the building materials industry, both as a salesperson and as a manager. I always told my sales staff there are several different ways to make a sale. But, the one I like the best, is the Ask. because it is direct. you won't get the sale if you don't ask for it. After answering all the questions and showing the different products and explaining the benefits. I would say, "Which one do you feel suits you best and which one can I get for you" or "sign you up for". "I think would be the best for the scenario you explained to me". It is either a sale or not and if they are still hemming and hawing you might reiterate the benefits of the product or contract and what it will do for them and then ask again. You won't get the sale or them signing on the dotted line. if you don't ask for it.
