I agree with Christine.  Either that or you start matching his prices to keep your customers and then, as he does, raise them slowly back.  You can find his customers and do the same to him as he is doing to you. Under cut him, but still make some sort of profit. Work on volume sales.  Talk to your customers and let them know that you value them and will give them the service they have been getting and deserve.
