My time window for an appointment generally is 30 minutes unless I am traveling more than 25 miles out of my normal service area. I try to schedule my appointments from the farthest locations back to the closest to avoid traffic problems and delays. I always update my client to let them know I am in route to their location and if a delay should occur because of traffic issues I give them an approximate time of arrival.
