I find that using outside sources to do these types of tasks really depends on the volume and the cost. Ask yourself what you are worth an hour to do such or what it will cost you to hire an employee. Your time in the field selling your products or services is the key to success and more revenue.  (more) I find that using outside sources to do these types of tasks really depends on the volume and the cost. Many of the large residential areas are within a HOA and many have a referral news letter and if you want to be involved with the HOA itself you must be in the commercial market as well. Your employees are your assets and an extension of your beliefs as a business owner. Your employee shouldn't be the only reason why people hire you. Your business model and mission statement are why you should be the reason someone would want to do business with your company. If you have such an employee that thinks he or she is the reason your business exists, it's time to rid yourself of this employee, because you don't want that to be projected to your clients. Always remember that you are the reason your company exists.

I always encourage any staff to challenge themselves daily to excel in areas they are not familiar with. I believe it makes them think outside the box even if they fail at it the first time. Failures are just stepping stones to get to the success.  (more) I always encourage any staff to challenge themselves daily to excel in areas they are not familiar with.
