First of all, it's rare that I recommend one lender.  I do have 2 or 3 that I rely on heavily due to their constant communication, creativity in working with my buyers, clear paper trail expectations, as well as, the importance of disclosure and deadlines.  Certain personalities work better with certain people and making that connection where the buyer "feels" most comfortable usually makes for a much more pleasant transaction, thus, more referrals and happy clients for us all!
