If the event coordinator has not done what they promised and traffic was slow then it's ok to be disappointed. If you as a vendor do not make the most of ANY and EVERY opportunity then it's on you. I have learned to check and double check the venue, surrounding event conflicts, weather forecasts for outdoor events and then I self advertise. I want my customers and potential customers to know where I'll be and when. I then take photos when I'm set up, post across social media and invite people to come. Network with other vendors too! As a vendor if you haven't done these things you don't need to be doing an event.
