I think private bathrooms, fireplaces in rooms and a breakfast room with wonderful choices is what I would want to know before booking.

I dont ever use candles . I have sellers remove plug ins. They are toxic and many people have allergies or lung problems. Vanilla and cinnamon water on the stove or cinnamon raisin bread in a toaster a few minutes before a showing or open house.

I havent tried it myself yet.. It is the way many younger buyers and out of the area buyers shop online. Gives you a full idea of the layout , light and size. Buyers can see if their furniture will fit and see if they can live or work with the floor plan.Can save a lot of time for everyone. I...

I like to do all my showings . I do not believe in lock boxes or handy out keys. I work seven days a week, night as well. I work closely with all the buyers agents.Making for a smoother transaction.
If a buyer needs help getting financing, I will refer to a local lender that I know can close a deal. Prequalification is important when recieving a offer.
