From the pristine beaches of Atlantic Beach to Emerald Isle, the exciting festivals and dining of Morehead City, the quaint waterfront of Beaufort to the laid back hamlets of Down East, this area has something for everyone, and I want to share it.
For sellers, I bring over 20 years of marketing and advertising experience when listing their home. For the buyers, I bring understanding and ingenuity in finding them their next home. All with the negotiating skills necessary to seal the deal.

I take the time to measure every room and draw the floor plan. I have had sellers tell me they never had someone do that much. I do include them in all marketing and on the properties web site. For now I do them myself by hand but have seen many programs where you can have them drawn. Has anybody...

Hire the realtor first. They usually have lenders they have worked with and can provide names for you to choose from. Also, they will know who they have had issues with or who have been really on the ball during transactions.

Knowledge, honesty, integrity are all expected. Explaining and writing contracts and showing properties are expected.
Compassion and understanding are essential extras that are most important.
Along with all of the data base and SOI answers, find a way to differentiate yourself from other agents. What do you do that no one else does? It's one thing to get infront of people, it's another to show them why they should hire you instead of another agent
