You need to consistently post on your business page, share on your personal page, join groups that are related or have an interest in your business (eg, business groups or craft pages) invite your friends to like your page, and then you need to investigate doing some sponsored posts targeting a specific audience.

It is also a good idea to test different post types during different times of the day. I know that art type posts for my business do much better in the morning and evening and techy or heavy content posts like security concerns do better right after lunch and before quitting time. You need to post 3 or 4 times a day for a couple weeks and look at views and reach for each type post. This will give you a rough idea of what is getting looked at.

Finally, be real! Inject yourself, your humanity into every post. You are competing with a rolling timeline so be original and be consitently consistent.
