Liens, garnishments, etc. Don't threaten with these actions, put them into play. Document all attempts. But most of all, make sure you have in your initial contracts what will happen if the bill isn't paid, and within a certain amount of time. Of course you do also then have the option to write to the BBB regarding their "business" actions. Most of all, make sure you have done everything you said you would do on your end, and offer to help them make those payments.

I haven't started actively advertising specials but my PLANNING began in June, and that was much sooner than in previous years. Many of products become sold out so I definitely want to market those sooner rather than later. The services I provide to businesses are not really affected seasonally...

If I were to rehearse something, and produce some canned response, it wouldnt be authentic, which is what I strive to be.
