Starting with our 4-Time National Award-Winning 'Colorado-Style' Southern Chow Chow, Decadence Gourmet has expanded our shelf-stable line to include an Award-Winning line of Fermented Pepper Finishing Salts as well as a line of Fermented Pepper Sauces!

In addition, we also have created a Pimento Cheese Spread, which is made with our Chow Chow. These are available at a few select clients, at the various events that we do and for local pick-up. We do not ship these.
