Unfortunately we only rent event space, so my team and myself don't deal directly with bringing in talent.  However, we do cultivate relationships with the big businesses in our area and often host many of their events.  They keep coming back to us not only because of our competitive pricing and excellent food, but more importantly because of our attention to detail and customer service.  These types of events also bring in "big names".
