About Us

I help businesses increase customer engagement, build authority, and grow online conversions.

People who follow your page, or give you their contact information, want to hear from you... And when you understand their customer journey, you can optimize it and increase your online conversions.

How We Got Started

I started my career in PR and Media Relations for multinational companies in the technology sector.

After a while, I realized that the multinational corporate world is not where I wanted to be so I stepped out.

Some time after this I decided to become a small business owner and realized that the rise of social media and other digital tools had transformed marketing.

This experience prompted me to embrace Copywriting and Email Marketing as an effective way to engage with prospects and clients throughout their customer journey.

(more) Hello Geno, Here are some that I repeatedly see: 1) Segmentation: Lack of deep understanding of the target audience, which results in the creation of generic messages to an audience with diverse challenges. 2) Expectations: Businesses hoping to get immediate results on a low budget (or no budget at all) and without a strategy. There must be a strategy in place and testing should be done consistently, every step of the way, to see what works. This takes time. How much time? Well, this will depend on the industry you're in, the market conditions, and your budget for testing, but for starters 4 weeks is a solid time frame to get a grip and then scale things from there.  3) Content Strategy: Not having a content strategy that resonates with the business' audiences, and lack of consistency publishing posts. A high budget for advertising will not make it up for poor content quality or lack of it. 4) Budget: Not having a solid monthly budget to increase/maintain awareness, traffic, and to boost posts. Competition for audience attention has increased not only from competitors, but from every distraction there is out there. Social media and digital marketing are not a one-size fit all solution. It takes time and testing to determine the right strategy and budget. Hope this helps. Monica

(more) Hello Charlie, This isn't a matter of which platform is more affordable, it is about on which one you will find your target audience, followed by the quality or relevance of your ads for that audience. Speaking from my experience with Google Ads and Facebook it all comes down to this: The more your audience responds to your ads, the better cost per click or acquisition (or whatever your campaign goal is) you will get and, of course, results. Having said this, these are things to consider when working on your campaign: Intended audience, campaign goal (awareness, consideration, conversion), budget, compelling message and offer, split testing, monitoring, adjustment, tracking, and retargeting. Hope this helps, Monica.

I have taken a look to your website and I suggest using copy that highlights how the Vichy experience and results are different from other spas. Like Adam Knipes mentioned, talk to your current customers to better understand what is it that they like about your services over other spas, and what is it that makes them come back to you, and use their words as a guideline to develop the copy for your website and all other marketing efforts. Also, since Vichy's offer is different from what other similar businesses offer, I suggest inviting top bloggers and editors from relevant media to experience your spa in exchange for coverage. This can be handle as an exclusive to select media.

Here are some ideas and things to consider: Target audience - Consider wedding planners, catering companies, event venues, and bakeries as the group more interested on buying it. Brides could rent it from those service providers, although there might be a few who will be interested on buying it. Segmentation - Separate your audience. For example; 1) event/wedding planners, 2) bakeries, 3) brides, and 4) people having celebrations other than weddings. Message - Focus more on the dream or wow! aspect of using it as part of the event or the experience, and leave the technicalities for those who inquire about that. Also, create specific messages for each segment. Marketing and promotion - Consider teaming up with with professional cake decorators, and getting it into a cake decorating TV show. Also, consider other celebrations like anniversaries, birthdays, proms, baby showers. Hope this helps, Monica
