About Us

I have been in Real Estate and Finance since 1981 in the Grass Valley Area.

How We Got Started

I started with American Pacific Mortgage as a Branch Manager in 2002. I left the company for a short period of time and returned recently. So glad to be home. We are a direct lender for FHA, VA, USDA and conventional loans. As a Mortgage Banker, we offer a product mix that is hard to beat. Our rates are very competitive.

WOW your clients with excellent service.  Be available to answer their questions.  I receive questions on weekends.  I think being available to answer simple questions or to soothe someone's fears, makes you stand out above the rest. Although I had been under other's umbrella, my own brand had followed me and I was successful right from the beginning.  Have faith in yourself and you will excel.  Remembering you have all the tools in your belt to be successful is key to feeling empowered to do your own thing.  Congratulations on your new adventure.

That was a very creative answer. Can't beat that. I have 41 years in the Real Estate and Mortgage business (ya..... I'm old) but it helps to understand the entire process when originating a loan.
