You have a nice site and great Google reviews; nice job on that! It looks like you are not listed in Google Maps for some key important words. For example I googled "pick up my trash" (Hays County) and not only are you not in the first 3 listings(what we call the 3 pack), you are not listed at all! You need to get some help with your local Google presence and make sure that all keywords that your prospects use are optimized for your site. Some of the tactics would include getting local citations for your business and getting all the keywords into your website content. Targeting realtors and apartment complexes seem like good strategies as well.
