Both truthfully. Exposure to potential clients has expanded, but that has also led to consumers researching or seeing misleading information regarding expectations and how a real world installation goes. We also compete with false, or misleading advertising that does not allow for “apple to apple” comparisons, costing us many jobs that in the past we would have always earned.

I am old school in that I prefer face to face communication, and beyond the internet, texting has unfortunately become a way to communicate, which does not allow customer to really gets feel for us, and how we are different than our competition.

It’s not going to change, so we as providers just have to adjust and hopefully outsmart the big corporations that can spend millions to fool consumer
