I try to remember to take each moment and day as it comes, to keep focused and acknowledge there are somethings that one cannot control. I work on that which I have control and recognize that I cannot do everything. Often learning how to delegate is more challenging than actually doing it on...

Often learning how to delegate is more challenging than actually doing it on your own but there is a limit on time, which is a precious resource. Take a breath, and enjoy the ride.
People like a deal but at the same time they understand that there are some elements out of the business' control and accept those costs.

Report them, by ignoring them you are facilitating their next move. The key word here is "know", accordingly it is based upon facts. All of us out there need to keep our eyes and ears open and realize that most people are good but there are bad "apples" and they cannot be mixed in with the rest...

Yes but not necessarily through LinkedIn. In fact on alignable I have had more inappropriate inquiries than anywhere else. I just ignore them that way they are not given any ammunition to keep on pushing.
