For some reason, I wasn't able to finish commenting above. Anyway, wanted to mention that I just finished scheduling an FB business post to let my customers know I offer digital gift cards. When it comes to gifts, sometimes you want to give something personal, like jewelry, but you're afraid the person might not like it. It can be harder to return items to individual artisans, as they can't always eat the cost of return shipping, so a gift card option is always good--in my opinion.
