I've written them a letter to my past patients.

Good question! we should be contacting clients at least twice a year.

We reach out to them everyday. We contact clients the next day after a massage to check in on them. We help them schedule there next appointment and we make adjustments to accommodate their budgets and schedules.

I reach out only once or twice. If the person is interested in, or like your product, they won't need reminders. They will also spread the word. I constantly seek new potential customers only.

I reach out to my clients twice a month. The 1st of every month with a newsletter and the 15th with a follow up email.

As many times as I need to keep doing business with them

We reach out to our customers frequently to make sure they are taken care of. We also reach out around the holidays and holiday weekends.

I reach out once a month, we use Happy Grasshopper, they allow you to write your own email or use their writers. You can call them and speak to a live person during their regular business hours. They are affordable, I have been using them for a few years and they have never disappointed us.

All the best,

I build and maintain websites for artists. I am in constant contact with clients throughout the year. This creates a closer bond than in most other areas of the arts. I offer a prompt solution for an ongoing need that an exhibiting artist has. And, as many of my clients are not comfortable self-promoting themselves on the internet, I offer an understanding ear and patience in teaching them these important new skills. That has brought me more clients through word-of-mouth and has made them loyal customers year after year.
