I have three lifelong habits that keep waking me and my patients to the present moment: Breathe out strong (breathing back in is autonomic and always follows the out breath): Stand and sit erect (to keep all 15 powerful circulatory systems running full): Feel all our feelings (which connects us with our spirit's continual guidance).
