The Best way I've found to Wow customers from the feedback I've received Many times is Creating a Video for a Specific situations.  For Example, to Thank Clients or Business Partners, To Welcome New Team Members, Clients or even Connecting on a Social Network.  This is a way to set yourself a part from the crowd.  And it doesn't saturate or Get Old because people WANT to know WHO you are and can learn So Much from a Video about you.
