Video Marketing has been the Best for me because it is presenting for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  If done properly, people will feel so comfortable; they will call you by phone and connect with you because they "feel" like they know you. This has been my experience: People will call and not even introduce themselves and just start talking and I have to stop them to find out their name.  Then they just keep on talking.  It's Amazing!!!  I also do targeted Free Posts that have been effective as well.  I call it Old School / New School Marketing: Presenting your business (Old School) but on New Social Platforms that weren't around years ago like LinkedIn, Twitter and even here on Alignable (New School).  There are other Lead Generation strategies I also use that work effectively as well but there is not enough time to mention them all here.  Great Question, Thanks!!
