I don't have a problem as such marketing on Facebook. But in my opinion, the problem is with Facebook. For a Business person, marketing can be a Nightmare if you don't know the rules. And that's precisely the point, they keep changing them!! Facebook's Algorithms change monthly and you don't know you've done something wrong until you've done it and they punish you by Suspending your account for 7 days or in some cases shutting you down altogether. So for me the challenge is really Facebook itself and their perpetual changing of the rules. It's Ridiculous!! I haven't personally been punished but I know plenty who have been. There is a way to market on Facebook that I have used that has worked fine for me. But the ones who are at High Risk of being punished are those who do a lot of posting on Facebook advertising their business for Free without using Facebook's Paid Advertising. But I'll give you this one tip in closing: "IF" you're going to post about your business on Facebook: you need to be Social first by commenting on some posts others have done, answering messages sent to you (you get the picture) Then do your post on your Timeline.
