We are seeing a surge with different clients right now. Computer services are busy setting up clients for telecommuting, disaster recovery swamped with virus wipe down & preventative spray, home improvement/contractors seeing a definite dip.

During this downturn, do not pull into your shell.  Look for the upside! We have a client that has added delivery service, another that has been waiting to build out an online store, now it has moved to the forefront.

Now is the time to keep pushing forward, and slide past your competition. We saw this in 2001, 2007 and now 2020, and we will see it again. Don't get bogged down in the negative!

This is the right response! Some of the greatest companies started in a depression or recession. There is a lot of fear especially for small business owners right now, but you're absolutely right, "do not pull into your shell." It's all about innovation and taking advantage of the situation to take your business upwards in the current downturn.
I am seeing the same response. Reaching out to all clients, talking about some digital initiatives, clients have been receptive.
