Outside ~ natural light combined with off-camera fill speedlight flash/strobe triggered by PocketWizard (if needed) and reflectors.
Indoor ~ if covering sports/concerts/theater, no flash, I use higher ISO. Portraits = off-camera speedlight flash/strobe triggered by PocketWizards.

I agree, a slider is needed highlighting your core services and linked to those internal site pages. Also, strongly re-consider your site navigation bar placement (having it all the way up at the very top of your site the way it is now is not ideal). If I can be of further help, please...
