Functional Medicine addresses the root cause of health concerns. As a Licensed Pharmacist I am well aware of the potential issues of just treating the symptoms- thus I have pursued further studies through the Institute for Functional Medicine and practice to help clients get to the heart of the issue(including autoimmune, gut, hormonal, fatigue and many others). Many times symptoms point us in one direction, however the issue may lie in a totally different area of the body.
