The key is to setup an easy way for them to do so, and make asking a normal part of your customer experience. For instance, we setup a page on a website like this:
https://www.drherrle.com/
and encourage our clients to ask every new customer.

Hi Gerald, it all depends on what you're hosting and what types of advertising you're running. If you don't feel like you are getting a good value, the place to start is determining what you're actually buying and whether you have any conversion tracking in place to measure results. We'd be glad to help you with this if you want to give me a call! For hosting we buy servers from Knownhost.com, I highly recommend them, and for ads we are a Google Partner agency and also manage Facebook & Instagram campaigns.

As others have mentioned, Google and Bing (which powers Yahoo) have tools to "register" your new website and you definitely should use them. This simply alerts the 2 engines that the site exists and they will then index it provided you don't have any issues preventing properly indexing. Once indexed, which takes from 2-3 days to a week depending on the size of the website, you should definitely rank for searches for your brand or website name, but other than that these steps do not enhance your online visibility, it simply enables it or speeds it up. Visibility depends on what you are trying to show up for, these tools do not improve your rankings. Rankings & visibility depend on quality, relevant content and link authority.
Hi Jim, it's a simple, conversion-oriented design, optimized for mobile by my read. It wouldn't be a very good platform for SEO, but would work fine to social or PPC marketing. Let me know if you'd like to discuss further!

Agree with others, themes are more likely to have issues than Woocommerce since that's basically the same developer core.
I will be interested to see how this interacts with all the layout builders out there!

SEO should be part of the early discussions but of course you cannot actually be ranked without the website!

Short answer is No, you just need relevant content to get recognized. The question will be whether you can rank for more than just your brands. That is the battle we fight in SEO!

If you have HTML that should just be a page or post, simple paste it in in the HTML/text view. I'd recommend you get it cleaned up first if you aren't able to do so, but it's a pretty straightforward process with Wordpress.
